Sometimes, it's so much it feels like a burden. This horrible weight on your shoulders, and no one seems to get it. No one seems to get that maybe you just need a little time to sort through things one at a time. No one seems to get that maybe there's other shit that's going on as well. No one seems to get that maybe you just need space to breathe. And everyone seems to forget that you're human as well.
We make mistakes, we have regrets, we have emotions. Every single one of us. Some have more mistakes, some have more regrets, but we all share the same emotions. How we handle it will differ, how we go through it will differ, but it's still there.
Every one of us has the potential to be greedy, nasty, bitcy, mean, selfish, horrible and every other adjective you can think of that goes along the same lines. So why is it that one person gets bagged out more for being just that? Why is it that you would excuse one person from being that way, but you'd give another person a hard time for being just that? For being human? For making mistakes? If they weren't to experience those feelings, then how would they learn? How would they grow as a person?
Being human can be a tad messy, but it's a gift - cherish it, make the most of it. Learn from mistakes, forgive others.
